vb.org Archive - Can not retrieve score

I just installed this hack (great addition I might add) and I am having a problem with getting it to record scores. After the game has ended I press the "OK" button and I get the message "Can not retrieve score." Weird thing is, it was working before and is still working with some games. What in the world is going on? Thanks in advance!

EDIT: Also the comments do not appear to be working. An to update you on my current situation, I changed the Settings to "save every score" and now it still says in the Applet that it "can not retrieve score" but it does any way. Also, shouldn't this be done automatically instead of the user having to press OK?
