award in post bit

i just want a simple mod that will allow the admin to put a trophy in the post bit of 1 user. as an award for whatever the admin wants e.g

award for the best supporter
award for Sig of The Week
arward for the person of the week.

this would be really cool

sounds easy but i dunno how to do it lol
