Need "REQUIRED" City and State!!!!
 

On my site....I need to "REQUIRE" every member to put in their City and State of where they are located.

I have about 2000 members...and I want to make it such that unless they fill out a City and State fields...that they would NOT have access...as soon as those fields are filled out...they would then have access.

Can that be done??? or can it be a MOD? or if it's something I have to PAY FOR....OK! I can do that too!

LET ME KNOW....

I'm currently on 3.6.4 and hoping to upgrade to the latest version very, very soon.

OK...I've figured out (SILLY ME) that I can do this SORTA in my Admin via user profile fields.

OK...now that I have that.....and now that I have put it into place....is there a way that I can then have it so that when someone loggs in and they do not have this new City and State box (which is now required for new sign ups) filled out....that they do not have access till they go into their USER CP and fill it out???
