Remove 'receive admin emails' option from user options

Hiya,

I'm trying to remove the option that allows members of a forum to choose whether or not they wish to recieve admin emails. How would I go about this?

I'm going to add something to the forum rules which ensures that new members are warned that admin emails can be sent to any member.... do you think this is OK?
