How to only display latest posts on main forum page?

I am new to this, but can someone tell me whether it's possibel to set up vbulletin so it only displays the latest posts on the main page? for example, something like this: http://www.sitepoint.com/forums/

Is there a mod that does this? If so, where can I get more information? Thanks!
