The ban OPTION Is not showing 3.6.7
 
When i click the user's name..it usually showed BAN in it when it gives me the drop down...now it's not there...And Ideas?

I think you must have had a hack installed that put Ban in the drop down (it doesn't show up on my 3.6.5 test site). If that is the case, then perhaps reinstall the hack or at least make sure it didn't get disabled.

Most likely you reverted your postbit template which removed that template edit you did that can be found on this site again
