name in email notifications.

Is there a field/setting that I can set to add a name to the email address that VB uses for notifications. For example, currently when a user receives a notification their email program shows it as:

From: admin@myforum
To: Someuser
....

What I'm looking for is to have it display like:

From: "My Forum" <admin@myforum>
To: Someuser
...
