Some would say this is a nifty idea...
 
Greetings!

I've seen this in local papers in multiple cities, and it always turns out wonderfully. What, you ask? A bracket-style contest. Let me explain....

Say you have 60 total slots, 30 on each "side." Users will vote for a specified amount of time for each tier of items.

Example:

Each user should only be able to vote once per individual bracket. Is this a crazy idea, or do you think it would be pretty nice to have?
