How can we improve TutorialNinjas.net

Your outer background that is gray is kinda bland, maybe you could do some type of slight pattern (boxes) on it to make it more pleasing to the eye. Also you should make your tutorial ninjas banner (on the top left) a link to your homepage. That is just standard usability that many people expect. Also just a suggestion, make your adsense banners match your site better. In my experience it will lead to a higher payout. You should also theme your forum to match your word press template. Currently you have just the standard skin.
