Denying registration to users under a certain age.
 
I want to make something like the COPPA agreement, but I wish to deny registrations to users under 18.

As in, by registering on this site you agree that you're allowed to view explicit content, and participate in drug related debates and what have you not.
It's nothing too serious, but I just don't want parents getting upset for ruining their children's minds!

How would I go about adding something like that to the registration process?

I tried searching for the COPPA agreement, but I couldn't locate it anywhere.. only references to it.

Anyone? :)

Yes.. that denies registration for users aged under 13.. I'm looking for 18, and somehow I don't think the COPPA agreement fits in with that.
