Captcha at refer to friend etc

i look for Captcha mod that make refer to frird , send e-mail to friend , tell friend and any mail out from the forum to use Captcha

this will prevent bot from using our sendmail service
and delay for any one use f5 refresh that give him ability to mass mail for oe user by this

any info?
