block users from sending reputation comments

would like the ability for the ignore feature to include reputation comments, so if you have someone on ignore, you cant see rep comments either.

Also the ability to choose to just ignore rep comments.

Also, if we aren't there yet, want to make sure the rep comments and /or PM's from ignored users just go away, and dont get backed up in a queue that gets released to the member if they take them off ignore.
