How do I add a new button next to Thread tools
 

I need to add a button next to Thread Tools that says New Review? I have a reviews forum and I need a button that will say New Review, and when clicked will add the review template data in the users post for them. Right now there copy and pasting the review template and they want something easier. Thanks.

I was given this code for the new button over on vbulletin

</td>

But what I need now is that when they click the button this info gets added into there post:

Location:
Price:
Service:
xxx:
xxx;
xxx;

I also need the button only to show up in the reviews section and not the Discussion, Announcements, Specials sections. Thanks.
