targeting adsense keywords

does anyone no any methods to help target the right adds on forums?
for google adsense

looking to target other adds and not these password lost,navbar link adsense adds

you can start off by identifying top keywords for niche from here
https://adwords.google.com/select/KeywordToolExternal

and then try having content(forum posts, category description) that have those keywords(it has to look natural though). The adsense will automaticaally reflect ads that match your content.
