How do I set reputation powers? The only one that seems I can set is Admin. I want to set limits on ALL member.

Edit the usergroup itself to set wether or not that group can give reputation points to another user.

I'm trying to get a max rep power for each rank so that each will have a limit and can go no higher. I haven't found anything on how to set a limit where it stops when they reach the limit.

Thats not what you asked in your first post.

I dont think there is anything for max rep limit by default.

i can't view the comments anywhere under user cp for a regular member.
