vb.org Archive - 10 posts Problem

Hello, i recently upgraded to the latest version of VB. After messing up the upgrade i had to start fresh, but thats another story.

Anyway, i dont know if this is now hard coded itno the software, but it seems that any new members MUST get 10 posts before they can post any sort of link, or qoute anyone.

I was hoping someone would know of a way i could edit this as i run a graphics site, and my mmebers really need to be able to post img links to there works.

Thanks, i really hope somone would spare some time to help.
