Forum Background taken from Image in Threads
 

I am wondering if such a mod exists, or if potentially anyone is available to be paid to create it.

Here is how it would work.

1. Users upload Wallpapers (e.g. 800x600 images) to a dedicated thread.

2. Admin selects a Wallpaper and it appears as the background image for the entire forum.

3. Users are able to click on a rating image to rate the background (using the existing rate a thread system). Once the user enters their rating they are taken to the thread dedicated to the Wallpaper where they can post and further discuss the Wallpaper.

The purpose of this mod would be to encourage users of my forum to upload their artwork and have it viewed and rated by all users of the forum.

Let me know if anyone knows of an existing mod or would be available to do the work required to get one working.
