PM Problem
 

A while back I installed something that allowed usergroups to receive PMs ONLY but not send them. Well, now I have it set where they can't use PMs at all, or recieve until they have 50 posts. Anyways, I have a few members that are in the post amount bracket that are NOT suppose to receive the mass PMs I send out from the admin cp. They are still getting notification as in PM sounds, a popup, and their panel blinking, but when they go to read the PM, it of course doesnt let them-which is what I want to happen. I would love for them not to even get a notification like they are saying they are getting.

I thought I had installed this hack to allow them to receive but not send:

But I can not find the template edits, product or anything, so I'm sure it's not that modification. I have went through my installed list here, and went through my admin cp products and plug ins and can NOT find anything that would associate the 'receiving but not sending pms' modification.
