Happy Birthday PM
 
I think this would be a really fun mod that will help users be active too. Is there a way to automatically send a Happy Birthday PM on a members birthday?

It would be good to be able to have an image in the PM like a Birthday Card image.

Default vB 3.6.6 sends automatic birthday EMAILS

Yes but I couldn't send out images, like birthday cards, with email because many email address reject html in emails. Also they might think of it as spam.
