Open all external links in a framed page?

Hi,

There was a hack here that I have looked high and low for again but can't find it. It was a hack that opened all external links in a framed page. There was a framed was at the top of the opened link page, and had a 'back to forum' link and the forum logo on it. Do you know of this hack or where I could find one, or maybe if you have the time could code something like this for us?
