I am recieving more PMs and emails through the Contact Form for support, chatting, etc, instead of on the forums - the low membership/posts :)

Your Google adsense. The background is white, change it to your primary site background color.
Also, the "Top 5 Stats" go over the site's maximum width.
Change your header.
Get a logo.

I'd move the tag cloud somewhere else as well, it looks a little strange there.
