Count Down Timer for CMPS Module
 

I require a countdown timer for a CMPS module that must include the following;

• Must be fully customisable in admincp
• The count down timer must be able to be set using days, hours, minutes and seconds
• The font colour of the timer should be black, but changes to red whe the timer is within 24hrs of the deadline
• The module must have a text box section where a descrition can be written below the counter
• Must be able to have a title in the module placed centrally above the timer
• Must be able to fill the background with an image that the forumboard will make transparent, the transparency level must also be changeable
• All of these setting must be easy and intuitive to use in admincp
• Must be able to import into vbulletin as a plug in
