...and change the url to the locations of your images to be used for the curved head and foot.

Edits:

Change URLs in CSS to that of the correct images.
Set bm2 to what you want the background of your postbit to look like. Define an image or a background color.
Change the CSS of tcat2 to whatever your preference. If you have a white forum this may need to be changed
Find "Add Profile Fields Here" in the template and add any profile fields you wish too.
In the very beginning it say <tr valign...>, define valign as either top, middle or bottom and align as left right or center, wherever you want it in the postbit.
Find <table align="center" valign="middle" border="0" width="110" height="110"> and define height and width to the allowed size of your forum avatars. Delete height and width if you have multiple allowed sizes per usergroup.
