rotating banner plugin
 

I have the code for the rotating banner running on my home page but I don't know how to get it in the right spot in my side bar. (using the plugin system)

I tried simply inserting the code where it needed to be but instead of rotating the pics, it showed both (one above the other) It seems that it only works using the plugin system. I just don't know what to put for the "hook location" or if that is even possible

Not sure why the banner doesn't work when the code is just inserted into the forumhome template (bypassing the plugin system)
