Remove Reply To Closed
 
I would like to have a way to remove the ability for mods to respond to closed threads, because its unfair for the other users. I'm pretty sure that the ability is invoked only when the user has the ability to close threads.

There needs to be an additional permission field for this. (I greatly appreciate it if you can help me out)

I would say control the moderators.. communicate that they are not allowed to post... and remove posts that are made

As above, if your moderators can't control themselves, they should not be moderators in the first place.

It would be a good feature... Should be given to Super Mods and not normal Mods.
