is there a mod available for people to get things like a free domain through points?
 
I am currently using Icash for points and I have Ishop installed but this system seems completely pointless, who would want to spend points to get little images they can attach to their name?

I know there is a system where people can trade in points to get items, digital downloads or something, can anybody help me out with finding a mod that does this?

You can't directly use the points system with vHosting. You can however promote users to usergroups based upon their points. You can create new hosting plans and select the usegroup(s) that have permission to request/upgrade hosting.
