Problem with separate forum !

I have a problem with a function of vbulletin.
To separate a part of my forum i did that :

Category X ( not visible, active )

- - Category 1 ( visible and active )

- - - - Forum 1 ( visible and active )
- - - - Forum 2 ( visible and active )

- - Category 2 ( visible and active )

- - - - Forum 1 ( visible and active )

But, it is a big problem, because he doesn't show the forums.
I don't understant because in a friend forum HERE it works, but in my forum HERE it doesn't work.

Can somebody help me please ?
