incorporating forum home into front page

Hello all,

I have been trying to figure out how to include the forum front page into my vbadvanced index page....I basically just want to bring in the forums to the frontpage instead of being a seperate piece of the website. While keeping the columns and header of the front page. Thank you for your help.
