How to move the log in box

Hello!

I cant figure this out. I have a website and a subdomain and on that subdomain I have a forum. How can I take that same whole log in box with all the links (see the pic) and put it on my main website on the same spot? So ppl can log in from my main site and stuff

Any help would be really appreciated!
