Hello is there any Help for resize the Images on forum... !!

Hello...

when my members try to use any images to put it in the Post or in the Thread or in signature... it appear to large

& when i use a product from vbulletin.org... to resize this images .. it appear alot of problems .. some in java & some in make the Forum so slow ..

the first one ..make the Forum soooo slow .
the second one .. appear a Java Problems with members & it not Resize the signature...

so please can you Help me on it & try to give me a good advice to find a solution for the large Images ..
