Userid Changer

I have send a thread like this long before.

Is there any solution for changing userid with any other user. I dont want to merge user. Because I dont have the userid =2. So I want to get this userid.

While I was installing the from I tested some functions and I deleted the user=2
So I want this user.

I am waiting your replies.
