Forum aligns to the left in IE, but is fine in Firefox?

if you take a look at www.r32oc.com, in firefox the site is 100% (or should be) however in Internet Explorer, it aligns to the left?

Anyone know a way around this?

The forum design etc is only 70% finished, but any critique is welcome :)
