Ah, what was this mod called?
 

I created a contest sub-forum on my site, and it seems like people are always leaving out information that I asked to be included.

Thus I want a completely different "new thread" template. Instead of just typing all in one big text box, there are many serveral individual one, one asking for the prize, one asking for how the contest works etc, and to be posted, all have to be filled in.

I remember seeing a hack like this but I ignored it because I did not need it at the time. I am running 3.6.5

Edit: I don't think it was the "Form Hack" mod.

Well there is 'Thread Stencil' and a hack I made but it needs to be improved because I messed up on the coding. It's called "Custom Thread Fields".
