Phrase problems after upgradiing to 3.6.5

Has anyone encountered this problem:

some of the modifications that I have installed since upgrading to 3.6.5 have caused the phrases for those particular mods to stop working, but the phrases are still there.

This was not a problem with these mods when I upgraded to 3.6.0 - 3.6.4

I would be interested in seeing if anyone else has had these issues and if there are any corrections
