Different Category View?? How Do I Do This?

I was checking out my friends website and saw that he had his categories setup differently them from vbulletins default.

View the attachment to see what i mean..

Does anyone know how this can be done? And if so show me how please.. Thankyou

From what I understand taking 10 minutes to read the topic, yes it does.

Not trying to be funny, but if you read the topic and probably try the modification (on a test board if you have one) you'd probably answer your own questions :). Works for me !
