Removing Version Number
How would I remove the version number of the the vbulletin im running, at the bottom of each skin. This will help stop hackers who are looking for exploits for my version of vblletin.
So were is say: Powered by vBulletin® Version 3.6.5 I would like it to just say: Powered by vBulletin® or some other options: Powered by vBulletin® Version 3.x.x Maybe even trick people: Powered by vBulletin® Version 3.0 Any one know how? |
Set an English Translation for the phrase powered_by_vbulletin.

Huh? Can you give a little more details about that, cause I dont know what that means, sorry.

AdminCP -> Languages & Phrases -> Phrase Manager
Under Global Phrases, find the phrase named powered_by_vbulletin. Edit it, and in the bottom box (English Translation) type in whatever you'd like it to say there. ;) |
