Code between Forum Bar and Welcome Message? Which style?
 
I've found out how to do it via a Plugin.

Can anyone tell me which option under style manager you can edit the main forum index page! I want to put my code between the Forum Bar (Register, FAQ etc) and the Welcome message!

Style Manager - Edit Templates

If the goal is to drop your data under the nav bar then edit the navbar template.

If you are wanting to edit the forum index page, then edit the FORUMHOME template.
