Problem Accessing Test Forum
I created a test forum to try some new things out. But for some reason, I can not get beyond the main page. I log in and it recognizes me (as in "Thank you for logging in"), but then the log-in area reverts to blanks for username and password as if I haven't logged in at all. Oddly enough my name does appear at the bottom of the page as logged in. But I can't get anywhere else.
I also can not reach the admincp. The link that should appear for "admin" at the bottom of the main page doesn't show up. And when I type in the url, as in www.forumname.com/admincp/index.php, I'm taken to a log in page, but when I log in, I get the following error message: Quote:

If you created this test forum by copying the database from the other, then the login issue sounds like a cookie domain problem. You can reset the cookie domain using the tools.php file from the "do not upload" folder. I belive you put it in your admincp directory, then point your browser at it; you'll need your customer number to access it. Be sure to delete it when you're done. I've never used it myself...

Tried changing the Cookie Prefix (defined in config.php)?

Thanks! Turned out it was a cookie domain problem. All better now!
