Can this notification Happen

I want to setup a notification systems that will notify me when a certain user visits the forum.
Can I do this and how would I do it.

This sounds like an interesting idea. I made a product but I can't promise, if it fits your needs and it would be my first product, so I'm not sure, if it could be helpful. I will now try to upload this product here and if I am done, then I'll post a link to it here. user login pm notification
