Legal or not?
 

Would it be against the law to add a game like Metal Slug to the arcade?

Like, games used on Emulators. If I actually own the real game, can I put the roms in the arcade? Or is that against the law?

I kinda don't want to get sued, so I'm not doing anything until I find out.

I really don't think that would be illegal, and I don't see how you would get sued?

I'm just thinking along the lines of what Napster and Kazaa do. You know, file sharing. I consider this to be a very small kind of file sharing, so I wanted to be sure.

In todays day and age, the U.S. seems sue happy, so I try to tread carefully XD

there are plenty of other sites out there that have downloadable rom files for all kinds of systems.. maybe you would be better to email and ask one or two of them?..
