Moving servers, same host. I have searched.
But haven't found someone with my same situation. I'm on a shared server that has had some issues lately, the hosting company offered to move me to another server.
When I open config.php I see the information /home/book/myname/sitename book = where I am hosted, but my ftp is table.host.com i know I have entered table in some config files, but I am not sure where. since I am using the same host and moving to another server there, besides config.php, what other files might I need to edit to point to the new name? |
From my experience, you don't need to edit server path/domain name. Just edit the database name IF you are changing the database name :)
