bbcode permission - a bit different

I know there a mod to have advanced permission for bbcodes, but is there a way to also hide the whole content of the code when viewing the forums ?

Like can post a code using a specific bbcode which can only be seen by a specific usergroup and even if someone quotes that post it will just quote that particular warning ....

I tried several searches using different keywords, maybe it is already existing and you can point me to it ?
