site content service

i was surfing some vbulletim skin or service sites a few months ago and ran across a link to a site that offers paid content and posts. at the time i didnt pay much attension to it cuz it dosent fit my site. but another site ive recently got involved in that would be perfect. does anyone know what that site is and if its still around? i cant find it and dont remember where i saw it.
