I am not a daily visitor.... but I visit atleast twice a week to check out the latest points system by Nexialysis?

Where is it? What happened!?

Where is the official announcement from Nex? Who is Blaine0002 and why does it sound that development has been handed over to him?

Can someone fill me in on this latest soap opera... VB.org will continue to lose credibilty if good hacks just disappear...

Im just back a weeks holiday and noticed this the Points thread was gone also?! Whats happened. Ive installed this on my forum and is live! Anybody pleaase?

development was not "handed over" nobody...

Blaine0002 asked to integrate the system into his own project, that was accepted...

my own situation here changed, due to some personal things... and as it is related to vB.org, i can't do otherthings than stop releasing my work here. the only thing is that i let other coders take the code as it is...

i let other coders work the code as they want, for one reason: the code was supposed to be released for coders here...

you can continue to use it the way it is installed on your forum. in the next days, some guys will release an updated version with more features. i don't know if there will be multiple versions of this system, it all depend on the coders ability to work in team.

the reason why the thread was deleted is that the way it works on vB.org, the thread starter continue to be the only one to be able to edit the first post, even after giving the hack to someone else...

that's why i requested to delete the threads related to my products. already, 3 main coders requested the privilege to work with my codes, it's good... alternatives will be released on their own, and they will provide support for the actual version.. so you will be provided an update script the same way it was supposed to be when i do the upgrades myself.

Will the core system now be available on your site? Or do we have to wait on other coders who may or maynot continue the great job you started....

The core system will be available on my site, and the upgrades I plan will be there too... i'm just stopping the releases on vb.org... it's all up to you to decide what development you want to continue...

Ok kewl... create the forum on your site with the news... cuz i headed there first and saw no announcement... i would rather follow your core and allow the add-ons to sit on top... thx... as long as the core wasn't abandoned.... thx... and see you over there...
