could I connect 3 forums together?

Hello,

I currently have 3 different websites which comtain 3 forums.

Could I have those 3 forums connected together, so if any one registers in one forum is registered in the other automaticlly, and if any one posts in one of the forum, his posts are counted on the others and so on?
