Please excuse the dumb questions, but I want to send a mass email to users, and I've never done it before.

So my questions are these:

If I select yes in "Test email" in the email manager, will the email only be sent to me, so I can check it out before I send it to everyone else? Do I need to do anything else to facilitate the test (change the number of emails to be sent at once, for example?)?

Does the message take html code? For example, do I need to insert html code in the message if I want a page break?
