Jump menu disappears

For some reason my forums jump menus keep disappearing. I go into CP and its marked Yes but I have to reset it to get it to appear again. This only started happening after installing vBSEO, but that could be a coincidence. I have several members who actually like having it so its frustrating that it disappears every couple days.
