add one table in the tpo of the forum with another database

hello people

I before having VBulletin I had SMF, and I had a table in the top of the forum with information.
This information it was in another database, when I wanted update this information, it had another page where it update.

as it is that I make this with vbulletin???

if which is posseble,what the script that I must use ??
