FirearmsTalk.com

Just launched the forum yesterday and looking for feedback on design.

Header is not quite finished but pretty much just need to add the 468x60 banner area.

It's decent. I like the bullets you used in the banner, thats' kind of cool.

I think the design overall could use some beefing up, as I just see a few color changes here or there. I like the bullet icons, that's nice. I really like the way you put the register for free thing there, that is a good idea to get members to join fast. I'm not too fond of the information on the right, or forum information there.

I like it on the bottom or out of the way.

Not too bad, pretty good start.

Thanks for the review. I changed the design because I didn't like it. Curious to know what you think now.

Considering your forum seems to concentrate more on hunting and personal firearms than on military kit, maybe calling your test forum the "Sandbox" is not the best way to go.

"Sandbox" is a developer's term used to indicate an area where code testing can be done without affecting the rest of the program (site). It has nothing to do with the military or otherwise.

Except this is a gun site we're talking about. Most firearms fans don't give a crap about code.
