Unicode displaying error in vbulletin 6.5
I've upgraded my forum to vbulletin 6.5 version and all of my unicode letters eventually messed up. Please take a look and help me to fix it. Thanks

Is the page encoding still set to UTF-8?
|
how to do that
|
The encoding is set in each individual language's setting in languages and phrases. If you have non-English languages that aren't UTF-8 encoded, you'll have issues. In any case, most likely, your English language encoding is set at ISO-8859-1. Set it to UTF-8, and browsers will try to read text as UTF-8, and new posts will be encoded in UTF-8. Old posts that are not UTF-8 encoded will probably have garbled international characters.
